![]() Hello, Thanks for taking the time to read a little about me. I live in Melbourne, Australia. I have been meditating for almost 30 years and playing didjeridoo for about the same time. The two activities are totally and fully related. I absolutely love my product and believe in it very strongly. If you familiarize yourself with the guidelines and then listen to the CD at least once a day, you will begin to tap very deep and powerful levels within yourself. Over the years, I have done and looked at quite a few meditation techniques. There are many types such as contemplation, concentration, dynamic and still, chanting, praying, interactive, etc. The acid test for any meditation technique is very simple. If the technique dissolves and disintegrates leaving you in a realm devoid of sensory perception (The Healing Ground) then the object of meditation has been achieved. Meditation is essentially thinking..the goal is to go beyond thinking..and then to infuse that value into your body and mind so you can live and experience it 100% of the time. Meditation is not only essential in this day and age, but also incredibly fascinating. Apart from the benefits, it also provides huge enjoyment. What in fact you are doing is removing stresses and strains, which then allow you to experience the full range of your mind. You then begin to perceive levels that previously you did not know existed. Sometimes an experience in meditation can leave you in awe for days. My first thought when learning to meditate was "Thank goodness there is more to life." This new feeling, this new experience, this new realm was now available for me to explore. I bet that you are not unlike me. I figure that your thoughts are not far removed from mine..you are probably thinking along these lines.. "Yep..got the house and the mortgage is manageable..the relationship is good..the kids are cool and doing OK..golf Sundays..my job, my business is good..but surely.. there's more! This can't be all there is! Am I just here for this! Surely not!" Well, you are right! There is more! A whole lot more! And that's what I experienced when learning to meditate and play didjeridoo. Mind you..just like most people I get frustrated, stressed, anxious, hanging out for a holiday, thinking about the world we are creating for our children and ourselves. And then I also have my good days..plenty of them! But what really stands out for me since meditating is a constant security, a steadfastness, an undercurrent of joy, a feeling that everything is working itself out in the best way.. although sometimes it is unable to be seen that way until much later on. This feeling of serenity in activity is a huge benefit of meditation and particularly of the Healing Ground Meditation Technique. It is undefinable, inexplicable, elusive..but definitely and positively there..and certainly attainable by everybody. When you develop this familiarity with The Healing Ground, your daily activity is supported by an underlying, unchanging aspect which is really your true value..it is your most simple form of awareness..with no baggage! It is you! Your pure self value is who you are without any of the patterns or behaviours that have been gradually and unknowingly added to your mind and body as you progressed through life! By doing The Healing Ground Meditation Technique your attention gradually breaks through these barriers and it is directed to much finer levels of awareness.
You can email me with any questions you like. Give me a couple of days to get back to you. At least you know a little about me now and what I think and what makes me tick. Some of your answers may be addressed in the FAQ page. To research our awareness is paramount. This surely is our main purpose and task while we are on the planet. It is really the last and most worthwhile human frontier to explore. Regards, Bill Tys |
